PEOPLE I KNOW
People I Know: Mortality "People I Know" is a periodic series of themed interviews in which I ask friends, neighbors, and acquaintances about their ideas and experiences. In the 7-part "Mortality" series, we tackle a rarely discussed and sometimes hard to talk about topic: death. The subjects of my interviews were remarkably open and authentic about their experiences and ideas -- sharing stories, opinions, or simply admitting their ambivalence or ignorance. I'm very grateful to these good people for their openness and honesty. This series of interviews was a humbling experience that challenged my own assumptions and preconceptions. I hope you also find these videos worthwhile. Originally posted during Videoblogging Week 2006. Music by Josh Roydhouse via the Podsafe Music Network.
