Hey, Thanks for the comment! For some reason I've been burdened this summer by the disparity between my daily experiences and the daily experience of people in other places and cirumstances. Soldiers in Iraq have been on my mind a lot and so I decided to vlog about it.! It's weird, I don't even know what to call what I've done. Is it art, communication, self expression, political statement, public discourse, moral meditation? i have no idea. it's just something that I did! Thanks again for responding.

i'm speechless. Have you seen George Lucas's student film he did at USC. This reminds me of it. His was about Vietnam and he used the sound of that war over a man running to the otherside of his yard. This is powerful stuff. It's a good reminder and a good form to let it loose. Such as hanging up laundry. The laundry has been hung. Thank you for sharing.

As i pondered over what this video was about I had a number of thoughts:

- Do you feel guilty that while you get to enjoy the mundane other Amercians who might like to be doing the same are fighting in Iraq?

- Is this a message of support for the troops? "thanks for fighting so I can enjoy even the mundane?"

- Is it an anti-war message reminding people where our time would be much better spent?

- Is this saying that America is engaging in a laundry operation in 'cleaning up the world"

Keep up the interesting work.
